Dr. JOSE BENI failing to comply with its duties of public officials to meet in front of the National Directorate Waterway and ignore changes in international waterways without permission and consequently, would be covering up the illegal actions of Colony Park SA, in the 1 st Section of Islands as evidenced by the picture in the modification of the Canal Link in relation to the Luján. 
With this evidence, the members of the ASSEMBLY OF LA PLATA RIVER BASIN INTERNATIONAL weave, as in a lattice of reeds, the definition of crimes blamed on the board of Colony Park SA and other State officials Municipal, Provincial and National, which since mid-2008 are faced with the alleged commission of crimes against humanity against their ancestral island population by demolishing their houses on stilts and collective environmental damage in the Delta del Paraná.
